How these connectors work
Each plugin runs a small MCP server on your PC. Your AI app (Claude Desktop, Claude Code or ChatGPT) uses it to read your open model and, when you allow it, to change it. Reads and changes stay separate, so you decide what the AI may do.
The server talks to Revit or Archicad on your own computer. What the AI reads to answer you is sent to your AI provider, so try the plugins on a copy of a project first. New to all this? Start with What is MCP?
