Who runs this site

BIMSpeak (bimspeak.com) is run by Ayoub MEP. For anything about your data, email hello@bimspeak.com.

Email sign-ups

When you join the newsletter, a course waitlist or a plugin launch list, we store your email address, the list you joined, the page you signed up from, and the date and wording of the consent you gave. We use it only to email you about what you signed up for. We do not sell it or share it with advertisers.

It is stored on our own server, hosted by Hetzner in the European Union. We keep it until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. To do that, reply to any of our emails or write to hello@bimspeak.com.

Emails you send us

If you email us, we keep the conversation to answer you and to follow up on the project you asked about.

Analytics

We do not use Google Analytics, advertising trackers or other cookies that follow you. If we add Google Analytics later, it will only load after you accept it in a cookie banner, and this page will say so.

The only other thing stored in your browser is your cookie choice, if you make one.

Server logs

Our web server does not keep access logs with your IP address. Cloudflare provides our DNS.

The plugins

BIMBridge and ArchiBridge run on your own computer and talk to Revit or Archicad there. We never receive your model data. What your AI app reads from your model is sent to your AI provider (for example Anthropic or OpenAI) under their terms, not ours.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by writing to hello@bimspeak.com. We answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live, data protection laws such as Morocco's Law 09-08 or the EU's GDPR give you these rights, and you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes too. The operator's registered legal details will be added here once the business registration is complete.
